NORTH SHIELDS JUNIORS U16 GIRLS

North Shields Junior Girls against Whitley Bay Ladies U16's League fixture also doubled as an opportunity to present sponsorship towards Norham Community Technology College's Senior Prom from both North Shields Juniors and Tyne Metropolitan College.

Photo from the game

North Shields have several players who go to Norham who have played for the Club since they were eleven and now are considering joining Tyne Metropolitans' new Women's Football Development Centre as part of their continued education, being able to take either vocational or academic courses whilst still being able to enroll within the Centre.

This presentation was also quite poignant in that the end of the Season will mark a juncture in both the player's and the Club's lives as they will be graduating from both Secondary School and Junior football together as next Season the Team intends to venture into the Northumberland County League.

Any players interested in representing either North Shields Junior Girls or Ladies should contact Gordon Kipling on
