03/04/11 - Cramlington Jnrs Sante Fe 4-3 North Shields Magpies
 
Once again the North Shields Magpies played out another end to end game this time coming out unlucky with a defeat against crammy san te fe in a very exciting game which saw Brad Sergingson score a well taken hat-trick and Jamie Clark being Cramlington 's choice for there man of the match. I know the boy's were disappointed to get beat in this fixture, but can all hold their heads up high after a really good game that could have went either way. We can not win every game we play lads but once again when we put the effort and commitment like we did today you will not hear any complaints from me. Keep them heads up lads.

The North Shields Magpies once again produced another fine display of football holding runaway league leaders Wallsend Boys Club Barca to 3-3 draw.
If we keep playing they way we are I am going to have change our name to the entertainers since qualifying for the Premiership the Magpies have more then held there own .
Looking back on our first Premiership campaign the games that have been a pleasure to watch  the 4-3 win over Walker Central a 3-2 win over Bedlington Juniors a end to end 5-5 draw against Ellington Juniors and my favourite game of the the season so far has to be 3-3 draw against Wallsend Boys Club were we were 30 seconds away from what would have been a great 3 points for the Magpies.
The lad's have 3 league games left and strong finish to the season could see the Magpies finish in a very respectable top 3 place in u9's Premiership division well done so far to Thomas Watson in goal who has kept us so many games with some excellent goal keeping displays , captain Owen Dvison who has put some solid defending displays alongside his his right hand man Ben Jackson and Jamie Clark in the centre our two wing wizzards Ryan Jordan and Brad Serginson and also Kurt Ward, Taylor Smith and Danny Mithchell . I would just like to say I think we have all improved as a team this season which has had it's up's and downs, but on your day lad's you can more than match any team that is put in front of you well done boy's and keep up the good work

I would just like to thank all the players for todays game. We have hit a poor run of form especialy against Bedlington and the first game against Crammy were we did not turn up at all . But the effort and comitment from all 7 players was there to be seen today very proud to be your manager when you put in a shift like that for North Shields Juniors. If we put the same effort in next week I am sure our luck will change  keep your heads up boys.
